Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has extended the ban on Russian websites and social networks in Ukraine.

The decree, which enacts the decision of the NSDC, published on the website of the Ukrainian President.

The ban was extended for three years, reports TASS.

We will remind, the Ukrainian authorities in may 2017 banned access to several online resources.

In particular, the sanctions imposed against Russian web resources of “Vkontakte” and “Classmates”, and “Yandex”, Mail.ru “Doctor Web”, “Kaspersky”, 1C, Parus.

This did not prevent the social network “Vkontakte” to enter the top 10 popular sites in Ukraine.
