Cosmonaut Ivan Wagner, who is on the ISS, photographed the comet C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE). The picture he posted on his Twitter page.
"the photo shows the brightest in the last 7 years, comet C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE)", wrote Wagner, noting that the photo also contains noctilucent (mesospheric) clouds.

On the next revolution of the ISS around the Earth, the astronaut took a picture of the comet even closer.
"Quite well you can see her tail from outer space, aboard the International space station," he said.
In the coming days the comet C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) will be visible from Earth in the predawn sky low above the North-Eastern horizon near the constellation of Auriga. It was opened in the spring of 2020 with the help of infrared space telescope NEOWISE.
