At the same time, we plan to mitigate some measures”, – said Smigel in interview to Agency “RBC-Ukraine” published on Wednesday.

According to him, in particular, the government plans to soften the terms of mandatory observation. He also did not rule out easing restrictions in several areas, but not named, in which.
