Russian families have offered to give money for refusal of a place in a kindergarten. The initiative to appoint the monthly payment was made by the Deputy of the state Duma Vasily Vlasov, reports RT.

According to Vlasov, his proposal will help solve the problem of shortage of places in preschool educational institutions, as well as will become an additional measure of financial support.

the MP said that families will be able monthly to one regional minimum wage all the time, during which their child could be in kindergarten. If parents will change their mind, they can refuse to pay and again to get in line for a place.

At the end of last year the President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law on the unified electronic queue in kindergartens. On may 28, a member of the Public chamber of Russia Sultan Khamzayev proposed to the end of the year to release from payment for kindergarten parents who have lost their job due to the coronavirus.
