the current law, if an adult engages teenagers in drug trafficking, he can receive punishment up to eight years of imprisonment. For all this the teenager who sells drugs on the initiative of an adult, faces up to 15 years in prison.
– It is disproportionate, stressed the Piskarev. – Those, who involve young people in drug use, in drug trafficking should carry the harshest punishment.
According to him, the amendments are in high degree of readiness remained legal and technical edit. In the near future the document is expected to be submitted to the Duma.
