A whole region shared his excitement with his fate: A week ago, eight-year-old Joe from Oldenburg disappeared without a trace. He is mentally handicapped and can therefore neither orientate himself particularly well nor look for help in a targeted manner. When no trace of him was found for days, the police even set up a homicide commission with a heavy heart because they could no longer rule out crimes. But then Joe was found.
