The reductions to 2025 can reach up to 10 thousand employees of the concern. The company is considering to bring outsourced IT Department, developers, and staff engaged in research.

Before that, in November 2019, the company has already announced plans to reduce about 10 thousand employees until 2022 to reduce the cost of 1.4 billion euros. The decision was connected with the desire of the group to optimize the structure, increase efficiency and flexibility on the background of the growing popularity of electric vehicles.
