Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Pavel Korolev died on the morning of 1 may. This was announced by the head of the region Sergey Aksenov at the meeting of the regional operational headquarters for COVID-19. Participants of the event honored his memory with a minute of silence. The Queen was 60 years old. The cause of death is not known.

In his post he oversaw the work of the Ministry of property and land relations and of the Committee for state registration and cadastre.
