An apartment in St. Petersburg, which probably belongs to the detained blogger Yuri Khovansky, was put up for sale for 45 million rubles. The corresponding announcement was published on Avito.

Photos are attached to the publication about the sale of real estate. The interior of the apartment is similar to the design of Khovansky’s apartment. In the published footage, it is noticeable that a general cleaning was carried out in the house.

It is noted that the area of a three-room apartment reaches almost 127 square meters. It has a study, a spacious dressing room, two bathrooms, a living room with a loggia, a kitchen and a bedroom. Together with the apartment, a parking space is also for sale. On the territory of the residential complex there is a “picturesque green courtyard with a pond, a fountain and a playground”.

“The apartment has one owner, the documents are ready for the transaction. Subject bargaining is possible, as well as the opportunity to leave your favorite interior items,” the ad emphasizes.

The interior of the apartments is made of “high-quality imported premium materials”. It is noted that the first buyer who came to evaluate the property, with a 99 percent probability “will become the new owner of this magnificent apartment.”

In early June, the Dzerzhinsk District Court of St. Petersburg arrested Khovansky until August 8 on charges of justifying terrorism because of a song about a terrorist attack at the theater center on Dubrovka in 2002. The blogger faces a fine of 300 thousand to a million rubles, or imprisonment for a term of five to seven years. Khovansky’s apartment was searched: the footage that appeared on the network shows that his home is littered with empty bottles and cigarette butts; clothes are randomly scattered.
