EKATERINBURG, 16 APR — RIA Novosti. the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev signed a decree according to which all arriving in the region from Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad region will have to be on a two-week quarantine.
