Sergei Sobyanin spoke about the transfer of all children’s polyclinics in Moscow to the use of digital medical records. He wrote about this in his personal telegram channel.

"All children’s polyclinics in Moscow now use only electronic medical records in their work. We will expand this experience to polyclinics for adults,” the mayor said.

Sobyanin stressed that parents and doctors of any city medical institution can get online access to the child’s card through registration under the CHI policy on the portal mos.ru . Teenagers over the age of 15 also have this right.

The mayor of Moscow added that paper documents are planned to be stored in a robotic cluster of the Glavarchiv. At the same time, the vacated archive rooms in polyclinics will be converted into rooms for training doctors.

Sergei Sobyanin recalled that the digitalization of the healthcare system has been going on for ten years. Due to a single digital platform, individual management of each patient is carried out.

Earlier, Ilya Tyrov, deputy head of the Department of Health, said that in Moscow, since the launch of the online doctor’s appointment in 2012, citizens have used the service more than 450 million times. Since the beginning of this year, the service has been used more than 70 million times.
