Session of Parliament of the DPRK was held without the participation of the countrys leader Kim Jong UN

TOKYO, April 13 – RIA Novosti. Session of Parliament of the DPRK took place on 12 April in Pyongyang without the participation of the country’s leader Kim Jong-UN, it follows from the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA).

As reported, the session was chaired by Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme people’s Assembly and first Deputy Chairman of the state Council, the country’s Choi Ryong Hae. He is considered a man’s “number two” in the hierarchy of the Korea, but the Kim Jong-UN in the list of participants is not mentioned.

The spring session of the Supreme people’s Assembly is held annually in April on the eve of the birthday of the grandfather of the current leader of the country Kim Il-sung, which is celebrated on April 15.

Appointments, in particular, touched upon the foreign Minister of the DPRK Lee sung Gwon, which became a member of the state Council of the country. The fact that the Minister always included in this highest Executive body, and the Minister received his post last year at this time and was introduced in the state Council.
