Some areas could find new opportunities with help from the city. So, part of Metropolitan hotels started to provide accommodation for doctors, assisting patients with coronavirus. The money for their accommodation business receives from the city budget. According to Sergei Sobyanin, 4.5 thousand physicians already residing in hotels, all reserved 13 thousand seats.

“on the one hand, help doctors to not go home and do not compromise their loved ones, because they are at the forefront of the struggle and are at high risk, they are better, of course, to stay in the hotel. On the other hand, we helped the hotel business to solve their problems”, he added.

In the capital, identified the sectors which were worst hit due to the spread of coronavirus infection and the introduction of high alert mode. Primarily these are tourism, services, hotel and restaurant business. Entrepreneurs received various incentives and subsidies. Only in Moscow was adopted three packages of measures to support the business.

Measures to support residents and businesses are preliminarily estimated at 170 billion rubles.
