Creative teams of children’s art schools will be provided with free buses to participate in festivals, concerts and other public events held in the capital. As a result, youth orchestras and other creative collectives will be able to perform in front of the audience in district houses of culture, assembly halls of schools and other similar venues. The corresponding resolution was signed by Sergei Sobyanin.

The system of the city Department of Culture includes 151 institutions of art and music education. 808 orchestras, choirs and other creative collectives have been created in the schools and colleges of the arts of the capital. They unite 21,896 children who actively participate in city festivals and concerts.

For trips to these events, the city will provide creative teams with Mosgortrans buses of tourist class. Transport support is supposed to be conducted within the borders of Moscow according to preliminary applications of educational institutions.

It is expected that the demand for transportation will amount to 1,600 departures per year (up to 250 million rubles per year). Concerts and other performances by creative teams of children’s art schools significantly diversify the cultural life of many districts of Moscow.
