Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the government order about the opening in Kazan of the Consulate General of Saudi Arabia.
“to Accept the proposal of the Russian foreign Ministry, agreed with interested Federal Executive authorities, Executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and presidential Plenipotentiary envoys of the Russian Federation in the Volga and North Caucasus Federal districts, the opening in Kazan of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” — noted in the government’s possession.
the consular district will include Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Mari-El, Mordovia, North Ossetia, Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Chechnya, Chuvashia, Perm Krai, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Penza, Samara, Saratov and Ulyanovsk region.
the Russian foreign Ministry is obliged to sign an agreement with Saudi Arabia.
the Authorities of Tatarstan proposed to allocate to the Consulate General office and residential premises under lease or acquisition of their property, as well as to solve other issues at the location of the Consulate General.
