Salad of wild nettle

Ingredients:

Nettle

Cucumbers – 2 PCs

Cabbage – 1/4 head

Eggs – 4 pieces

Greens – 2-3 sprigs

For the sauce:

sour Cream – 3 tbsp

Mustard – 1 tablespoon

Lemon – 1 piece

Salt, pepper

Method:

Put the nettles into a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for a minute, and then drain through a colander. When you drain all the water, finely chop the leaves. Olga advises not to pour the broth. It can be used instead of hair conditioner.

the Eggs boil hard boiled and finely cut into cubes. Then finely shinkuem cabbage and a little squeeze with his hands. So it will be softer and retain a crunch. Sprinkle with salt.

Cucumbers also cut into cubes and mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.

For the sauce use sour cream, mustard and lemon juice. Olga does not give accurate proportions in the dressing. “It all depends on your preferences. For more spice add more mustard and Vice versa – cream”. You only have to sprinkle the sauce with lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste.

Decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds, dill and served to the table!
