Russian Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov held a meeting with head of the European Union to Russia Markus Ederer.

This was reported on the website of the Russian foreign Ministry.

It is noted that the sides discussed “topical issues of international agenda, focusing on the theme of the Joint comprehensive plan of action to resolve the situation around the Iranian nuclear program, and some issues on arms control”.

Earlier Ryabkov said that Russia and the United States explore the possibility of holding consultations on counter-terrorism.
