Rescuers recommend to refrain from the use of inflatable mattresses and cameras while swimming in the waters, they are intended to sunbathe on the beach, reports TASS.
"Of the rules that will help at least not to spoil the holiday, and as a maximum to preserve life, is not swim on inflatable mattresses or chambers, they are sunbathing on the shore", – stated in the recommendations of the MOE.
Also rescuers have warned of the dangers of swimming while intoxicated and during extreme heat.
The water temperature is safe for bathing should not be below 18-19 degrees, and the temperature is 20-25 degrees, said the Agency.
