Russia’s Permanent representative to the European Union (EU) Vladimir Chizhov has advised the Russians not to count on the rest of Europe until the end of summer 2020. His words RIA Novosti reports.
“I would Not want to upset anyone, but I’m afraid the summer season time will pass before there is a practical opportunity,” he said.
Previously, the EU Council agreed on a list of countries whose citizens can enter the territory of enterprises. Based on latest adjustment, the lists included ten countries. Russia is not in them. Also, the EU ruled formerly in the list of Morocco.
Lists are based on data about the spread of the coronavirus in the country, as well as the measures taken by the authorities to resolve the situation with the epidemic.
