As follows from the text, the document was signed April 30, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. It is noted that the decree comes into force from the moment of its signing.

the Government has imposed a ban on the export from Russia of a number of medical devices, including masks, in early March. Restrictions were supposed to apply until 1 June. However, they did not apply to humanitarian assistance and the export of citizens for personal use of disposable products.

In late April, “Izvestia”, citing market participants reported that medical masks were only 1 percent of Russian pharmacies.

According to experts, more masks appear in the shop at the drugstores and retail stores, as the latter can afford to purchase them without the right certificates or unproven vendors.
