According to Ryabkov, the Russian side is absolutely convinced that in spite of the conference at DAWN on 6 July, Washington will not change the decision to withdraw from the Contract.
Washington’s Decision to withdraw from the Treaty on open skies was not a surprise for the Russian side, it is fully integrated into the American line at the destruction of the whole complex of agreements in the field of arms control and confidence-building measures in the military field. In this case ignored the interests of the allies, the demands of some members of the U.S. Congress, as well as authoritative views of the American and European experts, said in a statement the Russian foreign Ministry.
