The fourth victim in the case of the deadly road accident with participation of the actor of Michael Efremova — the second son of the deceased Sergey Zakharov Valery — got in touch with the lawyer of the artist. This was stated by the defender Ephraim Elman Pashayev.
“I got a call from Valery last week. Said ready for dialogue. But I don’t know exactly who it was. Apparently, the guy realizes that there is a family struggle. It is well done, only see what you want”, — quotes the lawyer of the publication StarHit.
Pashayev stressed that the emergence of another son Zakharova’t change the course of the criminal case, because the amount of compensation the court determines.
Also the lawyer said that not yet told Ephraim that it was already the fourth victim. Explains that an artist “and so is suffering”, and the relatives of the deceased “staged show”. However, the artist learns about Valerie, when will study the documents of the investigator.
Road accident with participation of Mikhail Efremov took place on 8 June in Moscow. Having left on a counter strip in a state of intoxication, the actor crashed into another car. The driver Sergey Zakharov later died in the hospital, resembles a “Federal news Agency”. Efremov was placed under house arrest until August 9, and admitted that he did not know how to live. Relatives of the deceased driver has refused compensation.
