MOSCOW, 1 Jul — RIA Novosti. President of Russia Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the International children’s day, emphasizing that in Russia the upbringing of children are among the key priorities of the nation, according to press service of the Kremlin.
Monday marks the international day of protection of children.
“let me Stress that in Russia the education of children, strengthening of family values is among the key national priorities. It is important that every child grow up healthy and happy, was surrounded by care and love. In this regard, I wish to note with satisfaction the large, popular work of the Russian children’s Fund. It socially important charitable, educational, cultural, creative projects to support children, develop their talents and abilities”, — stated in the message.
the President noted that the international children’s day aims to draw attention of the state and society to the problems of protection of rights and interests of children, improve education, health.
“unfortunately, today, in the context of the spread of dangerous diseases, traditional celebrations, which for many years was held in Moscow, will not take place. But I am sure that together we will overcome this trouble, and as soon as possible, the participants of the festive events organized by the Russian children’s Fund, will meet in the capital of our country”, — added in the message.
