The President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the Emir of Qatar Tamim al-Thani has discussed the settlement in Syria and the importance of the normalization of the humanitarian situation and noted the effectiveness of the actions of Moscow, reported the press service of the Kremlin.
"When discussing issues of settlement in Syria noted the effectiveness of the measures taken by Russia in the effort to restore the independence and territorial integrity of the Syrian state.
