Peskov told about the difficult decision of Putin

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin was difficult decision to postpone a Victory parade because of the spread of coronavirus. About this Peskov told in the program “Moscow. The Kremlin. Putin”, reports “Interfax” on Sunday, April 19.
