Chef Christian Ventura has made his mark as one of the best vegan chefs in the city, and beyond, with his various projects, such as his baby, Sushi Momo, his Bvrger project and his association with Bloom and LOV restaurants, for which he now signs the menus as executive chef.
Its latest addition: Nofish, a brand without a physical address, dedicated to poké bowls. Don’t be fooled by appearances: these appetizing pink slices or cubes are not salmon, but a very successful botanical variation made with konjac and beet juice. The texture is amazing!
The compositions of the different bowls are colorful and original: mushrooms with parmesan and asparagus, fauxmage halloumi and eggplant, cactus and corn.
