FC Barcelona can look forward to a new windfall. With the fresh money, the Catalans can now become active again on the transfer market – maybe also in Munich.

Fresh money for Barcelona: FC Barcelona is selling further TV rights and can therefore look forward to new income of around 400 million euros, as reported by “Bild”, among other things. A first package had already flushed 200 million euros into the coffers of the Catalans, but the money was initially used to pay off running costs.

Short, compact, clear

Transfers possible again: With the fresh money, FC Barcelona can become active again on the transfer market. That could also turn things around in the Lewandowski case. With new funds, the Catalans can probably improve their current offer again.

Lewandowski negotiations still unsuccessful: So far there have been no negotiations between FC Bayern and FC Barcelona regarding Robert Lewandowski, as confirmed by Barca President Joan Laporta. “We have bid for the player and are waiting for an answer. We hope that it will be positive.”
