On starts online-voting for the best urban projects in the sphere of culture, sport, philanthropy, technology and media, who were nominated for the award MUF Community Awards 2020, according to the portal of the mayor and government of Moscow.

The award is presented annually for the most outstanding achievements in the field of urban projects and initiatives. This year the award will be held in online format.

Muscovites will be able to choose the best of the 44 projects completed in 2019-2020. As told the head of the Department of urban planning policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin, 13 categories dedicated to different spheres of urban life – from the design of public spaces to the cultural landscape.

In the vote, including successful initiatives introduced in the capital in the period of the pandemic. They created a special category "Together against COVID-19".

Among the nominees for the national Museum of fine arts Pushkin Museum, Moscow, Polytechnical Museum, concert hall "charge" and others.

To take part in the voting is possible until 3 July. Stream official ceremony of awarding the winners will take place on 5 July on the website of the Moscow urbanforum.

June 1 was opened accepting applications for the annual competition "Moscow restoration – 2020". It is held for the 10th time.

To qualify for restoration, design workshops, engineering and manufacturing companies, owners and users of historic buildings, architects, workers of science and culture. All work parties must be completed in the period from 2019 to end 2020. The application can be submitted until September 30.
