Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin resumed its trip across the country. The first from the beginning of the period of isolation was the visit of the government delegation to Tatarstan. And the first item on the work program there was the inspection of new construction (hospital and laboratory) building of the Republican clinical infectious diseases hospital, to be built in just 100 days (instead of 18 months), significantly reducing the bureaucratic process of approvals. The magical acceleration of the process was given the pandemic.

— When the trees had leaves, there was empty space — say the residents of Kazan.

And now box the new building of infectious hospital is almost ready. Mikhail Mishustin visited the facility on 74-th day since the commencement of works. In mid-August, the corps will welcome its first patients. Expansion of capacities of local infectioni was in the plans, however, the pandemic has become a powerful catalyst for the process. As proudly tells the hospital administration, fantastic speeds reached by reducing administrative barriers, which allowed to do without the excess mass approvals. The head physician of the hospital Marat Gataullin believes that it will not affect the quality of the construction: “the Work went on 24 hours a day, so we, doctors, were not hurt that we are working day and night.” The construction work has attracted even… black students from local universities. By the way, as reported by “MK” by local residents, the pavement in front of the body laid just a day before the arrival of an important guest, so the smell in the heat was very specific, and sometimes to new surface stick to the feet.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, followed Mishustin during a crawl, tried to explain the situation: “While the asphalt is fresh, the smell is not very…” However, it seems mishustina newly laid asphalt is not a bit confused. On the contrary, he was impressed with the facility and thanked all for this unique work.

the New building area of 15 thousand square meters is made in compliance with all current rules of differentiations the flow of patients, people with dangerous infections (which is, of course, not only SarsCov2) do not overlap with each other and do not share their “contagion”, and didn’t infect the medical staff. According to the chief physician, all hospital units on four floors of the new building (a 120) — Millerovskiy, that is strictly isolated. On the first floor isolated observation (where newly arriving patients examine and make a decision about hospitalization), intensive care unit and diagnostic centre.

In the old hospital building, which is located nearby, today is govedari. Says the chief doctor, the occupancy rate of beds until there is one hundred percent. And, the locals say, that pabout their feelings, no matter what the official reports, Kazan has now entered the peak of the pandemic. …Mishustin called the new object is the result of a fusion of new construction technologies, and have offered to make him an example for patients. “God forbid that we have not had cases of patients, but if it does, the treatment will be as comfortable as possible. Were not infected?” — Prime Minister appealed to the chief physician. And on hearing a negative answer, he said “thank God”. Mishustin said that he had signed a new government resolution, which makes 30 percent of the Standards and building codes in construction recommendation, which will reduce the time and costs for construction.
