Lukashevich praised the developments in the Donbass

VIENNA, April 23 – RIA Novosti. Four months after the summit, “Norman four” in Donbass still no progress on a number of points, including the strengthening of the ceasefire, said Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.

Lukashevich recalled that in December 2019, in Paris, the leaders of “Norman Quartet” sent clear signals to the parties domestic conflict on the necessity of immediate measures to stabilize the situation, as well as the importance of progress on the political aspects of the Minsk agreements.
