President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko urged to “pull” the country towards the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Interfax-West”.

He announced that it expects the new Belarusian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Pavel Utyupin the development of cooperative ties between the two countries in the field of industry.

According to Lukashenko, he “swore” Kazakhstan President Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev, that “will come very intelligent and decent man.”

“For us, a very important industry there. So don’t think that you’re leaving for vacation. We need to tighten Kazakhstan to Belarus”, — Lukashenka said the diplomat.

He noted that the experience of Utyupin in the industrial sector (he previously held the post of Minister of industry of Belarus) “will help to cope with the task of expansion of trade turnover with Kazakhstan.”
