President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced his readiness for redistribution of powers in the new Constitution. About it reports “Interfax”.

According to him, when creating the Constitution it is necessary first to define clearly what should be the country, and then act. The head of state stressed that he is willing to go to any including on the redistribution of power. However, he noted that in this case it is necessary to clearly define who is responsible for what, and to avoid clashes of branches of power.

The President said that the only thing he will say is a loss of independence and sovereignty. He also said that all the changes in the country “will go from the Constitution, and not from the Maidan.”

Earlier, Lukashenko responded to the words of the chief editor of radio station “Echo of Moscow” Alexei Venediktov about the price of the independence of Belarus. According to the President, the sovereignty and independence of the country is not sold, and therefore he did not need to pay. He also added that “in the coffin has no pockets” and money is “come and go”.
