Lavrov called on the parties to the Ukrainian conflict to dialogue

MOSCOW, 27 Jun — RIA Novosti. The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov during a telephone conversation with Secretary General of the OSCE Thomas Greminger said the need for direct dialogue between the parties to the Ukrainian conflict.
