this is evidenced by new data scientists

experts from the University of Lancaster and Institute of Geophysics of the Czech Academy of Sciences decided to find out the origin of the wide and long channels on the surface of Mars, which were formed by the flow of fluid in the early epoch of the planet.

Scientists have suggested that the channels could appear due severe floods or volcanic lava flows. The latest version was considered the most plausible. But the new study was curious.

using the simulation in a special chamber that simulates the state of the surface of the red planet, experts have been able to figure out what is likely the odd channels were formed by the eruption of mud volcanoes. The fact that due low temperature water on Mars in the composition of the dirt becomes unstable — it either evaporates or freezes. But because mud flows quickly lose their shape and leave on the surface characteristic of terrestrial lava traces, stated in the journal Nature Geoscience.
