According to Vitaly Milonova, mothers with more than 5 children, in most cases, have no job, so they need to pay salaries.
“I Believe that the next step, based on the new provisions of the Constitution, it would still not listen to the opinions of these liberals, villains, and yet to establish that parents, mothers of many children, well, at least starting with five children, I have to admit civil servants, they should be paid. I say that the man who sells vodka in the store, receives social package. A man who is raising five children and can’t work, because the mother with five, six, seven children can’t work a priori, it is one hundred percent, this is a very rare exception, only, you know, instabloggers that there are lying… of Course, these women should receive at least the rate at least of the kindergarten teacher. Why? Because they bring the kindergarten”.
