Komi authorities have restricted the entry in a number of cities due to coronavirus

St. PETERSBURG, 21 APR – RIA Novosti. Check-in Vorkuta, Usinsk, Pechora and Ukhta in Komi Republic limited on the backdrop of the spread of coronavirus, said the acting head of the Republic Vladimir Uiba.

“I made the decision on introduction of restrictions on entry in four cities – is Vorkuta, Usinsk, Pechora and Ukhta. Limitations associated primarily with the categories of people who drive to work, and it’s important to do right now, because these cities except Wow, we have no “drift” (coronavirus – ed.)”, – he said in the daily video message to the people of Komi.

“All travellers, primarily working on the watches, heads will be forced – and this is a necessary measure, and required 14 days to comply with a quarantine, so if anyone is coming ill in a latent form, we could identify a person and to guide treatment,” – said Uiba.

According to the Federal oberstab, a day in Komi Republic revealed 16 new cases of the coronavirus (as of Monday – 491 case). Recovered 21 people, four died.
