First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Andrey Turchak received the Order of Kadyrov from the hands of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov at his residence. This is reported by the United Russia party.
“Andrey Anatolyevich oversees state construction in the Federation Council Committee and is a professional who clearly knows how work in this area should be carried out,” Ramzan Kadyrov said.
He expressed confidence that Russia has a huge experience in restoring territories after the war, which will be useful in the LPR. As an example, he cited the restoration of Chechnya.
Also , the Order of Kadyrov was received by the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik .
Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated him on the liberation of the republic and noted that the restoration requires a lot of work, effort and dedication.
