"monitoring the wearing of masks and respirators (in Moscow – ed.) will be carried out by the police, traffic police and other law enforcement and Supervisory authorities that currently provide observance of a mode of high alert in the region. If during this period you are not wearing a mask, a respirator, you will not be fined and politely asked to comply with the recommended measures. May 12, recommendation to wear masks, respirators in public places and transport is for residents, a must!" the statement reads.
For violation of the rules, residents of the suburbs can get a fine in accordance with the suburban Cao – 4000 rubles, said the Agency.
