In Moscow has expanded the list of subsidised areas for retraining employees

the Department of entrepreneurship and innovation development has expanded the list of areas of training in which companies can get a subsidy for retraining of employees.

apply for a grant for retraining can be submitted until April 30. Businesses compensate for up to 95 percent of spending — about 120 thousand rubles per employee, held training on priority for the city professions.

Compensation can be obtained, if employees completed training programmes in the period from 1 January 2019. Following acceptance of applications will start on may 6.

the list of subsidized professions included 136 current directions. Now companies can get a subsidy for training employees in all specialties, included in the national classification of professions by education. It was developed by the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation.

In addition, the companies will provide compensation for the training programs of professional retraining with awarding additional qualifications such as “Master of business administration — Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of business administration (top management level) — Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)” and “Specialist in state and municipal management — Master of Public Administration (MPA)”.
