In Italy, football referee was hit by a train, running away from the police

an Italian judge Antonio Martiniello hit by a train, running away from the pursuing police.

According to Il Resto del Carlino, the arbitrator was under house arrest – ex-girlfriend accused him of harassment.

Martiniello violated the rules of detention, and the police came to his house to impose a more severe measure of restraint, but he tried to escape. Crossing the rails, the referee was hit by a train and died.

In February, Martiniello suspended from refereeing for a year – he hit a player after the match of the regional League. The athlete after the incident went to the hospital.
