According to him, the buyer can simply abandon the questionable purchases, and may fight for their rights.

So, the seller must provide to the consumer necessary and trustworthy information about the goods, providing possibility of their correct choice.

— This includes not only information on the price tag or marking of goods. At the request of the consumer, the seller must provide a certificate or Declaration of conformity, along with applied documents on products, — said Alexander Borisov.

He noted that the buyer can always check the shelf life of the product, and in the case of violations — to contact the administrator, said the Agency “Prime”.
