The Federal registration service of Moscow has put on the cadastral account of the house built under the program of renovation in the area Konkovo. About it reports a press-service of Management of Federal registration service on Monday, July 6.
It is noted that the building was built at Union street, house No. 98, block 2. The total area of the 21-storey building made up of 30.5 thousand square meters. It has had 396 apartments.
According to the head of Management of Federal registration service across Moscow Igor Maidanov, the house on Union became the fifth home for the renovation, which was put on the cadastral account this year.
— After the registration of ownership of the apartment, and the conclusion of the program participants of contracts of transfer of rights of ownership with the Department of municipal property or Fund of the renovation, the future settlers will be able to register their right to real estate and to move into a new comfortable home, — said Igor Maydanov.
The program of renovation of housing was approved in the summer of 2017. It provides for the relocation of more than million residents of old houses in the new housing that will be built at the expense of the city budget.
