The Minister of internal Affairs of Latvia Edgars rinkēvičs on the day of the 80th anniversary of Soviet occupation of Russia reminded about the horrors that country. And demanded to recognize the crimes of Joseph Stalin.
“80 years ago the Red army invaded Latvia, Soviet occupation began, followed by repressions, executions of innocent people. This was a direct consequence of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. Russia should recognize and condemn the fact of occupation, an end to justify the crimes of Stalin,” – said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Latvia.
