For the barking dog alarm is faulty and will penalize

In the New Code of administrative offences (Cao) plans to introduce responsibility for violation of silence at night, even in cases when the offence is committed in the form of inactivity. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of justice.

“Part 6 of article 14.1 of the draft code of administrative offences providing for administrative liability for actions that violate the silence and tranquility of citizens from 23 to 7 hours, supplemented by the possibility of committing the specified offense in the form of inaction,” reads the summary of the proposals for the new Cao, developed following a public discussion of the draft of the new Code.

it is Noted that such a formulation will allow to involve in administrative responsibility not only of citizens, disturbing the peace and quiet of their actions – for example, loud music, playing musical instruments, repair work.

In the future it will be possible to attract the attention of those who are not undertaking the necessary actions to ensure the peace and quiet – for example, leaves for a long time in the apartment a dog that is barking or howling at night bothering the neighbors, or is not taking steps to disable the triggered repeatedly malfunctioning car alarm.
