Apple season is in full swing in the province and to celebrate this time of year, the Les Halles d’Anjou market is organizing the sixth edition of the competition for the best apple pie in Quebec.
Hosted by Élyse Marquis, this competition will be held this Saturday, from 12:45 p.m., in the market’s food court.
Participants have a chance to win prizes worth over $1,000. The jury will be made up of three former candidates from the most recent brigade of the show Les chefs! : Félix Emery, Olivier Graton and David Giroux. The latter will also offer a culinary workshop during this family event.
