Investigators have charged Michael Ephraim, staged a fatal accident on Smolensk square in Moscow, the prosecution in the final version, said Tasselfoot artist Elman Pashayev. The lawyer said that “everything is going according to plan.”

The crime of which the accused Yefremov, the result was qualified as regards 4 articles 264 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. Law enforcement authorities believe that the actor, being intoxicated, violated traffic rules, resulting through negligence provoked the death of a person. Article sanction assumes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 5 till 12 years.
“Today he (Ephraim) was charged in the final version, everything goes according to plan. It’s going to trial”, – TASS quoted the words of the lawyer Elman Pashayev.
The journalists noted that according to information received from a source in power structures, at the moment, the investigation into the tragedy comes to an end: in the case conducted all examinations, collected the testimony of all witnesses, analyzed the recording cameras, the lens which has reported details of the incident.
Fatal accident, as reported by “the Rambler”, occurred on the evening of 8 June. Mikhail Efremov behind the wheel of his jeep drove into oncoming lane and crashed head-on with a van, whose driver from the received traumas has died.
