One of the innovations of the bill is the deletion of requirements to limit the size of Parking lots. Previously, the minimum allowable size of one Parking space as the property was set in the amount of 5.3 x 2.5 meters, and maximum – 6.2 x 3.6 meters.
Now it is proposed to retain the minimum dimensions. The maximum area of Parking lots is not limited. Developers will be able to set the maximum area of Parking spaces when planning Parking.
