A five-year-old girl drowned in a lake in Brandenburg. After a search of around two hours, the rescue workers could only determine death. The police are now investigating.
A five-year-old girl died Tuesday evening at a family celebration at Klempowsee in Brandenburg. When the girl’s absence was noticed, emergency services first searched for the missing child with sniffer dogs and helicopters, the police said on Tuesday night.
After a search of around two hours, the girl’s lifeless body was found floating in the water near the shore.
The emergency doctor could only determine the death of the girl. Why it died was initially unclear. However, according to their own statements, the police assume that the girl drowned. The criminal police are investigating.
