MOSCOW, 16 APR – RIA Novosti. Banksy posted on his instagram a new graffiti with his famous rats, reports the Independent.
Banksy had never once used rats for their social statements. Inspired by his French counterpart Black Le Rat (Black Rat, le), he began his career with pictures of rodents on the streets in the UK, signing his drawings “Because I’m not appreciated” or “we’re still ahead.”
it is believed that they symbolize the very idea of graffiti, which are often scraped from the walls, but then they appear again – like rats.
