Three young women were taken to the hospital in a dance club in Bad Kreuznach after being administered an unknown substance.

The 18 to 22-year-olds collapsed to the point of unconsciousness on Sunday night, and one also suffered a seizure, a police spokesman reported.

According to initial investigations, an unknown person is said to have planted the substance on the women. It was initially unclear whether it was a liquid or a powder and whether it was mixed into the women’s drink. According to the police, the health of the women was stable on Sunday.
